Katrina Bowles, WTS is a certified trichologist and the founder of Treatment Salon, Charlotte’s premier destination for hair and scalp wellness. With over 31 years of experience in the beauty industry, Katrina has dedicated her career to understanding the science behind healthy hair and empowering her clients to achieve it.
Katrina holds her trichology certification from the World Trichology Society — one of the most respected credentialing bodies in hair and scalp science. She is also a certified Nutrafol partner and holds certifications from several leading hair extension companies, giving her a comprehensive understanding of hair health from the inside out.
Her approach goes beyond the chair. Katrina believes that hair is deeply connected to confidence and self-image, which is why she creates an experience where every client feels comfortable, supported, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating hair loss, scalp conditions, or simply want healthier hair, Katrina brings both the expertise and the heart to help you get there.

She specializes in personalized hair care, protective styling, and creating customized plans tailored to each client’s hair goals and lifestyle. Trina believes healthy hair is the priority and is committed to providing a professional, relaxing experience where clients feel cared for, confident, and educated about their hair journey.

Braider/Natural hairstylist
I’m Taqwa, a natural hair care specialist and density braider passionate about healthy hair, protective styling, and helping every client embrace their crown with confidence. I specialize in braids, twists, loc care, and natural hair maintenance while prioritizing scalp health, fullness, and low-tension styling techniques that protect the integrity of your hair.
As a density braider, I focus on creating styles that look naturally full, balanced, and customized to complement your hair’s texture and density without unnecessary tension or damage.

With 26 years of professional experience, April specializes in natural hair care and offers expert, customized chemical services.
Though not originally from Charlotte, the city has become home for her and her family, and she’s honored to serve this community.
As both a mom and a dedicated stylist, she strives to create an experience where every guest feels truly seen, understood, and effortlessly beautiful.

Hello, my name is Rona Perymon, and I am a Master Stylist with over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. My passion for hair began as a little girl and has continued to grow throughout the years.
I began my journey in cosmetology trade school during high school and entered the hair industry immediately after graduation. While Microlocs have become a large part of my clientele, I am a well-rounded stylist who also loves precision haircuts, blowouts, updos, shampoo styles with curls, and creative styling.
I’m passionate about not only creating beautiful hair, but also providing a positive experience for every client who sits in my chair. I truly love what I do, and I believe that passion shows in my work.
Leslie Brown

Creative, skilled, and diligent Leslie has solidified her position as an accomplished cosmetologist over the past 28 years.
After receiving her formal training Leslie made it her mission to always acquire new techniques and knowledge to better serve her clients. Along the journey Leslie has done multiple photo shoots and her work has appeared in numerous publications. All while being a salon owner for a number of years.
Leslie’s attentive and perceptive skills allows her to help her clients vision of their desired look to come into view.
