2. Focus on Scalp Health

• Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo to avoid stripping natural oils.

• Massage your scalp regularly to increase blood circulation.

•Try scalp treatments (like rosemary oil, peppermint oil, or tea tree oil) to boost follicle health.


3. Strengthen Hair from the Inside Out


What you eat directly affects your hair's strength and thickness. Aim for:

• Iron-rich foods (spinach, lean meats, lentils) to prevent deficiency-related hair loss.
